Optional: Honey/ Maple syrup , Fresh fruits for topping
Cooking Instructions :
1. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs and 1 cup of milk until fluffy. Now, gradually add 175g of Sprouted Millet Banana pancake flour to the above mixture to form a smooth batter .
2. Warm a flat pan to medium heat, pour a ladle of batter and let it cook until it turns golden brown.
3. Top with fresh banana slices, honey, or peanut butter for a power-packed breakfast.
Note: Eggs can be replaced with coconut oil/other plant oils
